So this is very misleading...the First Amendment does not protect the right of a man to yell Fire! in a crowded theater and, in my view, does not protect the right of a man to enter a bank building and announce the bank is being robbed! If he were in the midst of and occupy protest, he could have produced this sign, BUT NOT IN THE LOBBY OF A BANK, scaring customers and tellers....just sayin...theres a place for everything and David with his YOU ARE BEING ROBBED sign, was in the WRONG PLACE.
