Can everybody please stop scaring new moms and telling them that a epidural will give them chronic back pain? There is NO proof that it causes long term back pain. Ive had 3 (back to back might I add) my first was 5 years ago and not 1 painful back spasm. The fact of the matter is even though God created us to carry babies doesnt mean it wont take a toll on our bodies. And the life of a mother isnt a easy one! Were always BENDING over cleaning up, picking up toys and ever growing children. That combined with your particular genes is more likely the cause of pain.
