What to do with the last of my leftovers? Hashbrowns. I made what I think some call shipwreck?? But, tummy said I dont think so. Potatoes and eggs and some onions wasnt cuttin it. So added some cheese and various spices, grilled some tortillas, spread in warm refried beans and made soft tacos to eat on. Much better than plain and it was warm on a cold day. :) Thawing some chicken breasts now. Maybe some chicken tenders or something later.....
