What to say? Robin Williams was and is one of my all time heros. From the very first time I heard his voice as the Genie on Aladdin I knew I wanted to be like him. His sense of comedic timing and ability to be quick was just amazing. Listening to his standup and watching his movies I believed that one person can do it all. I studied his facial expressions and how he would impersonate people and things. And how he would improv and not be scared to take a chance and try new things. Always be fresh and new. Coming up with voices for characters and using his whole body and the stage as just one big prop and play room. Talk about being a true peter pan and not growing up. I never got to meet him, or see him perform live. But I hope he knows now that he impacted not just my life, but the lives of so many for the better. My heart is sad, but I know he is finally at peace. So I say Thank you Mr. Williams for the laughs and the great acting you gave us. There will never be another like you.
