What was supposed to be a relaxing day off, turned into a few hours at the emergency room. After a cat scan and two ultrasounds later, we found the answer to the very terrifying and horrible pains I went through this afternoon. I havent vomitted that much let alone at all in years. Couldnt bare to walk if I didnt have too or even stand without holding onto something or someone. I seriously thought I was dying, it was that painful. Let just say I hope I NEVER get a kidney stone again, and I still have to pass it. So these pains could come back at any point, and I am so relieved to have pain meds to get me through it if it happens again. I would NEVER wish that pain on my worst enemy. No soda, coffee, or tea until this is over. So here is to 80 ounces of water at the minimum.
