Heres how the day would run: Weekday Schedule: AM 7-8 Breakfast 8-9 Sit Spots and Meditations 9-10 Session 1 10:30- 11:15 Session 2 11:30-12 Skill PM 12-1 PM Lunch 1-2:30 Rest, Read, and Practice 2:30-3:15 Sit Spots and Meditation 3:15-4 Session 3 4-5 Session 4 5-6 Dinner 6-9 Skill (except Thursdays which will be 6-11 PM) 9-9:30 Closing Prayers/Worship
