What would you think of someone who *Vets their dogs *Tests for health problems *Feeds best food they can. Grain free high protein *Supplies best houses, beds, tooth brushes, tooth paste, brushes etc. *always monthly preventative *actually reads code if ethics and abides best they can by them *tries to help educate others best they can *tries to only breed dogs who are correct, clean *cares a lot about temperament and that of pups sold *has shown *breeds dog at maturity only ***but they breed the dog and it had no title. Is that wrong? Honest opinions! Us that an unethical breeder. They shouldnt breed? Do not abide by code of ethics because the dogs agent titled? Thanks for your answers in advance
