What you will not find in a book, or in a seminary is that we are placed in leadership so that God will save us from ourselves. Those folks that you lead who seem to be so contrary are there for you to get saved!!!! Many will ask well how do I deal with them? Understand that they bless you and send you to your secret closet and thereby keep you humble. Thank God for them!!!! All leaders must become the fulfillment of Acts 26:17 "delivering thee from the people" Read it! To be effective for Christ after you get delivered from yourself get delivered from the people.
