Whatever the outcome on Thurs there are no winners and no losers...no triumphalism and no gloating required. What there will be..given the large turnout...is confirmation and a true account of how and what the people of Scotland feel and want. My vote cant be bought for £500 or sold for £1200 or because a banker or supermarket threaten me. Iv known how I would vote for 40 years....Im happy to get the chance now to cast my YES vote. Il accept the result and go to work on Friday as usual. Maybe in an in dependant Scotland or still a part of UK. If its a NO though you can all put away the kilts and face paint for good as we will be no more than a devalued region of UK forever more......because thats what the majority of our country want us to be. Doesnt make me anti English any more than Im anti Welsh or anti Spanish....it just makes me Scottish. I feel Scotland is a stand alone country capable of governing itself....if the majority of people living here think we are no more than a part of a bigger country then we all accept it and get on with it. No winners, no losers....just the opinion and wishes of the majority. We have enough tribalism and division in this country without beating each other up over this. Be a nation not a region....say YES.
