Whats Ka nom tien? (My english is not good but Ill try to explain to you ) Ka nom tien is thai dessert,look like piramid folded with banana leave. Someone call Ka nom nom saao mean breast dessert,because look like breast. Ka nom tien made form glutinous flour,coconut sugar and coconut milk,stuffed with coconut or soybean. If stuffed with coconut make sweet (my picture,stuffed with coconut) and stuffed with soybean make salty. My mother really makes every chinese new years day and every religious ceremony. ขนมเทียนไปขนมหวานของไทยค่ะ มีรูปร่างคล้ายปิรามิด บางคนเรียกว่าขนมนมสาว เพราะมีลักษณะคล้ายหน้าอกผู้หญิง ขนมเทียนทำจากแป้งข้าวเหนียว น้ำตาลมะพร้าว และน้ำกะทิค่ะ ขนมเทียนจะมี 2 ไส้ คือ มะพร้าวกับถั่วเหลือง ถ้าสอดไส้มะพร้าวจะมีรสหวาน (ในรูปเป็นไส้มะพร้าวค่ะ) และถ้าสอดไส้ถั่วเหลืองจะมีรสเค็มค่ะ ที่บ้านหนู คุณแม่จะทำขนมเทียนทุกวันตรุษจีนและงานบุญสำคัญๆค่ะ ขนมเทียน = Ka nom tien ขนมนมสาว = ka nom nom saao = breast dessert น้ำตาลมะพร้าว = nam tan man praao = coconut sugar ใบตอง = bai tong = banana leave งานบุญ = ngan bun = religious ceremony
