From a very high lever of activity, often risky activity, to a very low level of depression. A level so low that thoughts of self harm are often present. The above list is but a few of the well know Bi-Polar names. Many people are bothered by one little word... STIGMA. Why you ask? The answer is simple. Some misinformed people still think a person with an mental illness should be locked up and the key thrown away. Does that same attitude apply to those with heart problems, diabetics, cancer? No, so why the difference? No one asks for any illness. To those that think they are normal, think again. Normal is only the settings on your dishwasher, washing machine and dryer.
