Whats wrong with people? I was in McDonalds in Guelph today with Dave and Mike. We were sitting at a table away from a bunch of little kids having a bday party as well as being away from the usual noise, as best we could. Mike and I were talking business, quietly, not bothering anyone, not yelling nor swearing, just talking. His laptop was open, no sound was on. The doofus next to us had two kids about 4 and they were finishing their food. Buddy gets up and tells us he didnt mean to overhear but he did, and he thought our talking and the laptop were completely inappropriate as children are present! WTF? We were so surprised at this, it was almost impossible to decide what to say to His Nosiness so we just said we are having a meeting. He again tells us there are kids here and its just inappropriate for us to be there!!!! I wish Id thought quick enough to say - well who asked you? - but alas, I didnt. Then he left, which was a good thing as I was going to go look for the manager had he kept it up. What a jerk. They have wifi for a reason!
