Wheeee! What a whirlwind of a weekend! Friday I taught a class on expression to a very gung-ho class of performers who shelved their apprehensions and jumped right in (Yeah! Awesome job!). I also took a class from Princess Farhana in which she brought the blended history of burlesque and bellydance to life (DC and Baltimore burlesquers--where were you!?!); and a discussion class with Superkate on soundscaping your pieces, full of great tips, hints, and theory. Saturday performed as Long John Silver (and a glittery pink unicorn) at the Ravens Night show. So much talent in the show!
