When Andrew was in high school he often told us he couldnt concentrate in school. There were times that he would ask us to get him medication for ADD. Brian and I struggled with that b/c Andrew did well in school so we didnt want to medicate him if we didnt have to. Last week I asked Andrew how college was going and he gave me his usual fine. Then he informs me he is actually taking notes this semester. What?! Ive never known him to take notes. He follows that up with I feel like I can concentrate. I asked him if he felt more focused. Yes. His answer was yes. ... Its the Plexus. I made him start taking Plexus so he wouldnt have my health issues. I wanted him to also have the energy he would need for college and work. It never crossed my mind that it would help him concentrate and focus.
