The person in missing, muss be so missing in such a long period of six months or over. Afta thorough search of the missin person but, without any trace nor findings of such missin person, the State may & will issue a Presumption of Death Certificate. The legal effects of this Certificates take the same as that of normal Death Certificate. Afta 1975 first burial of Emperor Haile Selassie I, there had been many false burials of the Konkaring Lion of Judah, including two biggest known ones, those of 1992 (Centenary Birth Of Emperor Haile Selassie I - 1892 - 1992). The other one was the symbolic one in 2000 (Y2K) resulting to the conversion of the Ethiopian National flag (lion emble). The family of the Most I is still dvided on this matter.
