When I am coaching someone, I tell them truths about themselves; truths they have long known-on some level (or at least feared might be true) but that theyve been convinced they had successfully concealed from the rest of the world, and therefore, pushed to the outer edges of their awareness. I may hit them with what I see, all at once...or, it may be weeks before I think they are ready for it, and might give it to them in dribs and drabs....and let those seeds germinate into something STRONG, USEFUL, POWERFUL and LIFE CHANGING!
