When I first got off stage from the southern lakes classic and it sunk in that I had just qualified for the Natural Olympia I instantly dismissed the idea of going. I thought I wouldnt be good enough, it would cost too much money, I couldnt leave my children, it would be waste of time as Id never measure up, it was the same old self doubt getting in the way. Slowly but surely the people round me gave me a collective slap on the face and in the words of my good friend told me it was time to leave self doubt at the door and learn to back myself. So I made the decision to go, and nearly instantly all the obstacles in my way disappeared and EVERYONE in my life stood up and offered help in one form of another. Thank you to everyone for carrying me this far until I could start to see what you have all been seeing for so long, thank you.
