When I got back from Chile in June I called Directv and said, No I do not want premium channels, no I do not the NFL Ticket, and no I do not want you to add any type of programming without my expressed permission. So I receive my bill and its $120! They added ALL the premium channels and NFL Ticket! So I called back...10 minutes waiting to speak to someone then when they answer, Oh let me send you over to our Premium Representatives. Another 25 minutes on hold, then explained that I had called in June about this before hand. Mr. Griffin, the last time you callrd us was in February. Um, no, I called in June because I received a letter that these would be automatically included unless I declined, which I did, in June. Sorry, Mr. Griffin, our computer shows you last called in in February. Id like to speak to a manager please. Yes sir, just to let you know that the wait time will be 30 minutes. DIRECTV, Get it together! Thanks for one, calling me a liar! I did call in June. Two, wasting my time! Empower the first rep to take care off ALL my needs! Three, get it right the first time so I do not have to call back and get everything sorted out! Finally, if you are short-handed in the call centers because of people signing up for NFL Ticket, um, plan ahead! Hire more reps to handle the volume. Spending almost an hour on hold is not exceptable! You should be embarrassed and Im not afraid to embarrass you!
