When I hear people say I belive protein doesnt do anything. I dont notic a different in my body and ive been training for 30 years. I simply want to punch you in the face repeatedly. If you weight 200 pounds you should eat 200 grams of protein just just to main tain your mass. Now if you eat more protein say about 150 to 200 grams more. Eventually you are going to buld muscel its been scientifically proven over the years!!! Stop being stupid read a book go to someone to get help!
