When I heard that we were opening a restaurant in Brookline, MA, I approached our Wine & Spirits Director, Gretchen Thomas, to see if there was a possibility of me relocating and becoming the wine steward there. I knew at this point the wine industry was my career choice and it’s what I really wanted to pursue. I believed it was a great strategic move to grow within the company, especially in Boston where there is such a thriving food and wine scene. It was an awesome opportunity that I had to pursue.
