When I look back at 2014, I seriously cannot believe all of the amazing, incredible changes that have happened to my life. I celebrated the new year with my gorgeous girlfriend, Alix Miner, at Hotel Duval. Early in the year, Alix moved into my house and began making it a home, even though I already had lived there for 7 years. On April 27th, Alix accepted my proposal and became my fiancé, shortly before we welcomed the birth of my first nephew, Oliver The Bear Palmer. Alix and I began wedding planning, with lots of trips to visit beautiful venues. I survived three weeks at home without Alix, as she toured India, as well as survived 4 days alone on the AT. In August, I began working as an environmental scientist and finally started my career path. In September, Alix and I found out we were bringing a child into this world. Finally on December 23rd, I married the love of my life, the most amazing, beautiful woman I couldve ever hoped for, Alix Miner...and shortly after we found out we are having a baby boy! Life couldnt be better right now. 2014 was truly an amazing year! Heres to 2015!
