When I see yet another nature show claiming that the earth must be billions if years old because they find fossils of sea creatures far inland and immediately assume that any fossils are millions of years old, I want to cringe. It is not the fact that all land was under water at one point that I disagree with, it is the timing. The Bible is very clear that the ENTIRE earth was covered in the great Flood of Noahs day. This would give the sea creatures access to the areas that would become dry land. And these would have violent currents and eddies more than capable of burying the creatures that would later become fossils. And I also challenge the fact that it takes millions of years to create a fossil. No it doesnt. It takes the correct conditions. And if it took as long as long as it is claimed, wouldnt all the organic matter rot away long before mineralization could occur? Consider it before demising it out of hand because this goes against the current accepted doctrine of todays world
