When I started going to AIMS in 2008, I do had some health - TopicsExpress

When I started going to AIMS in 2008, I do had some health problems also. Doctor had advised me proper exercise, timely medication and good food control. The distance from Brahmasthanam to AIMS is approximately 2.5 KM. So If I go and come by walking it will be good exercise to me. I should have considered it as a blessing. But in the initial stage I found it very difficult to walk because by nature I am lazy. I will always wish for some vehicle either from the car pool or anybody working in AIMS, or some devotees, teachers etc. But those days I could not get it. Later a devotee who used to come to drop his wife to the school offered me lift to AIMS and it was convenient to me. But by that time I had developed a mindset to do the walking myself. I had no difficulty in walking and never expected any vehicle. But now the situation changed. On most of the days someone will give me lift - either AIMS drivers, Teachers, Doctors, Staff. I became like the Oracle (Velichappadu). Many people know me but I do not know them so close. It is all Ammas blessing. One day on a rainy day I fell accidently near the exit of AIMS and my clothes became dirty. The fall could have been fatal as I lost all my balance. But as if someone invisible was protecting me resulting in a small injury in my hand. If I had fell back I would have suffered head injury. Even though I fell hitting my chest on the ground nothing happened. The security staff who knew me came and helped me to stand up. I was on a shock and did not know what to do. I was searching for an auto-rickshaw. Suddenly a Doctor working at the School of Dentistry who was going home in her car stopped seeing me. I felt relieved. She gave me a lift, dropped me at my house. The short conversation with the doctor took away all my tension and fear. It was Ammas evident grace!!!
