When I think of being successful, I imagine that happiness is an inevitable side effect. I may envision myself with the perfect job, perfect mate, perfect girlfriend, perfect level of income, the perfect home, the perfect car, perfect dad, perfect sibling, perfect relative, perfect smartphone, perfect iPad etc. And I believe that all of that stuff will make me happy! HOWEVER, that view is skewed and I knew Nothing is perfect! Material objects and other people can not make me happy- only I can can make myself happy. And it all begins with a choice to be happy.
