When I was 15 my grandmother asked me to write down the story of her life. I was too busy with my friends, playing the latest 45s and dancing to Sh-boom. She died the following year, taking with her all that history that I would give anything today to know. Grandma had 7 brothers, and I can only account for one. Im surmising the other 6 remained in Minsk and I have a great desire to know more about them. I would also love to know about my great grandparents. I am a beginner at Jewish genealogy; what I have done so far through JewishGen has not produced any real results. I would appreciate any suggestions on how to push forward. The names I am searching for are Benjamin and Flacks from Belarus. Thank you.
