When I was getting up this morning, suddenly I remember about Kalio Ayam Sirah Naneh, so I miss it very much now. I feel like I am getting pregnant, I really want to have it today, eventhough I have to go to a traditional market to buy an Apak Ayam ( big cock/roaster). I also have to buy a big pineapple. Off course I must buy some langkok2x to cook the Apak Ayam. The langkok2x are so many such as ; laos, ginger,kemiri,garlics, shallots, tumerics, jintan, lemon grass, cengkeh, cinnamon, kapulaga, pekak, nutmeg, salt, salam leaves, tumeric leaves, daun jeruk purut. How to cook it ? Its exactly the same like how we cook Kalio Ayam Lado Mudo, but now we use red curly chillies and after we think the Apak Ayam is soft enough we add chopped pineapple... Okay Guys.... Ill go to the pasar to buy the ingredients. Chiao Chiao.....
