When I was their leader: 1. Electricity was free 2. Gas was .14 per liter 3. Healthcare was free to everyone. If you cannot get treatment here our government would fund you $2300 per month and a car allowance to seek treatment abroad. 4. Education was free to everyone. Literacy went from 25% to 83% under my watch. If you could not find the facility you needed the same applied as #3. 5. Everyone in my country gets a home. So much so that I, my wife and parents lived in a tent until this was accomplished. When they took my home they found NO traits of extravagance. 6. Newlyweds recieved $50,000 to help buy their first home and get a family started. 7. No interest on loans. 8. Should a citizen want to take up farming career, they would receive farming land, a farming house, equipements, seeds and livestock to kickstart their farms all for free. 9. Should a citizen buy a car, the government would subsidize 50% of the cost. 10. If a citizen is unable to get employment after graduation the state would pay the average salary of the profession as if he or she is employed until employment is found. 11. A portion of oil sale is, credited directly to the bank accounts of all citizens. 12. A mother who gave birth to a child receive $5,000. 13. I tried to create a bank for my country avoiding the IMF and world banks. 14. I brought water to the desert. The water plants were destroyed leaving them contaminated and useless forever. I was labeled as mad and a dictator. I was murdered. Who was I?
