When Im ringing out a guest and theyre talking on their phone ignoring me, I always half-yell their total... you know, so theyll hear me over their rudeness. Also, if someone is being a jerk while Im ringing them up, I try to arrange everything in their bags in the shape of a dick. One roll of paper towels and a four-pack of toilet paper? Check. Pringles and snack packs? Oh yeah. Bath mat and shower curtain rings? You know whats up. Its the little things that make my day a little brighter. :)
