When Im sending figures/stats to my management for decision making I think and look through real hard to ensure its consistent and accurate. It also goes through some level of reviews from colleagues and bosses...but alas! The National STATISTICAL Service of my beloved country sent wrong figures on such an important indicator as our growth rate to the IMF and explains that an accountant pasted formula instead of values. Seriously??? Is this the story were going to tell the IMF?
