When Is Walmart going to realize that all the complaints that associates Have are Valid, When you take away a persons full time status because the transfer, You take away money which, makes them struggle even more then they are now due to low wages, it also takes away a majority of there benefits, which cause them to possibly get help from the state for some of there medical, it also cause them to go onto food stamps which the tax payers pay for, Walmart needs to step up to the plate and make Walmart the way Sam Walton would have wanted it to be, Sam Walton was not Greedy, he was about family, and now the way the company is run, it is not about family, it is all about the all Mighty $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$, Dont get me wron, I love my job, but I would like to see a lot of changes, give us back our full time as we did earn it give us our 40 hrs not 34 more security in the stores Regular door greeters or at least security on the doors, were tired of our money walking out the door, bull pen the electronics area and make all electronics be paid for back there,, there is so much more to say, that I would be writing a book on here
