When It Rains... He who has a car, his glasses, winds up But he who treks, to safety, hurries up The deaf got warning from the dark cloud But the blind only heard the thunder so loud Farmer rejoices for the thriving of his crops But a hawker cant sell any in rain drops Mere fishes jubilate in elation But a homeless man is threatened by erosion The rich man smokes cigar and lit his chimney A man taps water from his leaking roof because he has no money A master orders for a hot tea cup But his maid swallows her saliva for a gulp The royalty each privately in his expensive quilt without one another The slaves in a poor room get warmth clustering together A trader exclaims, I sold all my rain boots and coats! A ferryman laments, No passenger for my boats. A traveler rejoices, Thank God, Im home. A worker frowns, Oh my God, Im trapped, cant go home. So whenever i pray for myself I think if my desires are selfish Sometimes we are victims of circumstances We are because we cant foresee these occurrences The Devil saturates the earth with woes For he is the Chief of all Gods foes We have been slaves to human imperfection No wonder Christ gave a perfect redemption Does our loving God cause calamities? Why these unequal opportunities? Why does Jehovah allow so much suffering? You dont need to keep wondering Visit JW.ORG
