When James Foleys parents wanted to pay the ransom to ISIS for their son this is what the White House sent them, “Without getting into the details of our private discussions with families, the law is clear that ransom payments to designated individuals or entities, such as ISIL, are prohibited. It is also a matter of longstanding policy that the U.S. does not grant concessions to hostage takers. Doing so would only put more Americans at risk. That is what we convey public and what we convey privately.” Not once but three times this was sent to them. If you dont know who James Foley is, he is the guy that got his head cut off a few weeks ago by ISIS. Funny how we dont negotiate with terrorist but Obama can trade five, yes five known terrorist for one soldier who was a deserter!!! How does this law not apply to him? Why isnt he and all those involved being charged with the same prosecution that was threaten to the Foley family? When did our government become above our laws? Ask yourself these questions... Wake up America!!!!!
