When President Olusegun Obasanjo was in power, any state where there was a state of emergency, a military administrator was appointed to oversee the affairs of the state even when there was no insurgency. What stops President Goodluck Jonathan from following the same principle in a war situation as existing in Yobe , Borno and Adamawa states? Must we wait untill Boko Haram takes over the government of these states before we take a more decisive action? The governors of these states have no business of governance as long as the insurgency continues. Military administrators should be appointed with full emergency powers to act promptly against the rebels. We must act now as the insurgents are getting bolder every day.
