When a man is weak he will surely be a weak leader. Everything he has a leading role in will see examples of his weakness, his home, business, place of work or institution will see weakness leaking from him. If you fail to lift your voice and be vigilant as a true leader should be and abstain from everything that comes your way because you assume an arrogant position then you have to be a fool. Sleeping at the wheel is a sin. But blinding your self once, twice and blaming it on others is totally unacceptable. Rowley and his PNM stayed away from all the public forums on constitutional reform. He sent no lawyers or MPs to listen and contribute but now crying wolf. The man is weak.
