When animals are ruthlessly slaughtered during other festivals, the Progressive Intellectual Sanctimonious Secular newspapers like Times of India choose to remain mute. But during Hindu festivals, they suddenly become so much concerned about the comfort of dogs. Instead of asking ppl to fire crackers in open field or away from residential areas, they are asking ppl to completely stay away from crackers itself. But yes, let the slaughtering on other festivals continue because it is part of tradition. : Guru Prasad
