When are we going to stand up and stop men from this type of behavior? I am not talking about the rape. I am talking about blaming the women for the rapes. It happens daily all over the USA. Until we hold them responsible these behaviors will continue. We need to name names of those who make statements like this. In Charlotte we cant even find out the cops name who told the girl she wouldnt have been raped if she wore different clothing. WRONG!!!!! We have to STOP blaming the victim.
