When asked to testify of Gods healing power, I was hesitant, not because I didnt believe in it but because I knew not every person whoo was sick and was prayed for was healed. But a day before a person I loved died, after a year long illness, God told me , I am Faithful. the next day when I received a phone call that my beloved had passed away , I was at first taken aback and in a state of unbelief, then I was reminded, I am Faithful. So what do I tell those praying for one who is sick. God is faithful. If the person gets better or if they pass on God is still faithful. He is God and whatever he does He is just.
