COMMUNITY WARNING: A friend of mine was shopping in Walmart in Clearlake, and THIS happened. Keep your eyes open.... Alright female friends. Please read this. I had an extremely unsettling experience today at the Clearlake Walmart. I was shopping, when all of a sudden another customer walks up to me, introduces himself, and said I need to tell you that you are being stalked while you shop. Next, an employee walks up and tells me that they have the guy on video following me from aisle to aisle hiding and acting in a bizzare fashion. I HAD ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA. It had been going on for over 20 minutes. Enough time for the customer to notice and alert staff. Enough time for staff to review video. I could have walked out to the car ALONE and been followed, attacked, whatever. Walmart staff was AWESOME. They followed the guy around until he was so uncomfortable that he left. They accompanied me while I finished my shopping and paid for my items, and then the manager walked me to my car and made sure I was safe. My point is BE AWARE. I WAS NOT. They are saving the video. They think he may be a problem and may be back.
