When does the madness stop putting blame on another for our - TopicsExpress

When does the madness stop putting blame on another for our actions? The killing of 2 innocent brave NYC public police officers is not to be blamed on anyone but a sick individual who pulled the trigger. Putting blame on the mayor and those who do as he mentioned on how he and his wife raised their kids is just as bad as putting blame on an entire police force for issues with negative / fatal outcomes. Yes we need to learn from them and there needs to be change but we need to focus on ourselves first making change within so we can be better than we were yesterday. The wrong thing to do is to follow some loud mouth who likes the attention he gets from being just that and the feeling of power he gets from it. Hollywood has the camera on him and his angry attitude provoking the division and demise of a great city. As far as the public verses the police and both their actions there is no quick fix and I very much doubt there will ever be being how big both are, public authorities and society overall. There will always be 4 categories of people, I was gonna say 2, good and bad, but there are some of us who actually enjoy what they do for a living and excel at it. Than theres the good, bad and ugly. The ugly being those who steal to profit, the cheaters in life. Just like any other job theres the ones who do what is required and those who dont do as required, the slackers who get pushed through because well they come to work and do some of what is required and whos ever in charge of them either is slacking or allows them to keep the job whether it be because they have a heart and allow it to get in the way of doing their job, hate confrontation, or is a slacker themselves. You know...one of those who is popular and allows those under them do as they want as long as they show up to do the job even if its not done right. Its going to take time since the blame always starts at the bottom when it should be from the top, management. But who is going to pay someone to watch over the supervisors and those who supervise them. Its a never ending battle when we look around us and see what others get away with and when those who lead us are corrupt themselves. Its going to come down to a gun battle, a flat out war, in this day of multi-billionaires control us. Its all about the money when you think about it. Money and mentality and those who make it big are sick individuals in control making us all their little puppets and people are getting sick and tired of it. Unfortunately those who are brave enough to become a police officer choosing a life of protect and serve are stuck in the middle of a very sick country / world as we know it today. With progress always comes trial and errors which we learn from. We as a society are going backwards. Come to think about it we never truly got out of the era of the violent Greek times of religious wars of the GODS, the middle ages. Or the days of the old west with bank robbers, lewdness and the inhuman crimes. No matter how far we think we may have come in this world we always bring ourselves and the inherited ways of unhealthy behaviors, ways and actions.
