When following up on our alumni last week, one of them shared with us a very interesting article on Customer Service (as he was an attendee to our "Secrets to Wowing Customers workshop). It was a story on a customer who wrote a fantastic-funny complaint letter to an airline he had a bad experience with. As you will read, you will notice how many times you had the same feelings, as this guy, and at different places- be it a restaurant, a showroom, a shop, etc. So really, how important is it to Wow Customers?
