When i was a kid, mom would tell me she had to go far on the other side of the mountains so she could provide me my needs... i remember her saying, the other side of the mountains is a land of promising dreams, of beautiful things, free of worries and scare... i often found myself crying alone, calling her name out when i miss her, believing that she can just hear the echoes of my longingness to see and kiss her again... I promised myself id finish my studies and be rich to go that far as well... to discover what the other side of the mountains would be like... the melancholy of living a life far from her gave me unfathomable courage to fight alone... it gave me hope... it made me determined to go as far, or even farther, than what she was calling the other side of the mountains. -mommy #rememberingOurSweetTalkTogether #iMissYouMomDaddy
