When i was a wee boy i looked up to a few people and i was inspired by a few people too and the #LisbonLions as a group fall firmly in that category. They were big giant men who my Dad and Uncles spoke off almost in awe of them, they told stories about the Lions like myths and fables. All the boys at primary school wanted to play like #WeeJinky although we never could play that good it never stopped us from trying. The picture of #BillyMcNeill holding the cup with big ears remains the most distinctive in my mind though. A giant of a man with Class & Dignity to boot. I hope the #LisbonLions enjoy handing over the cup in the #UCLFInal. Furthermore cheers to everyone who helps shape our lives in a positive way. :-) Just a thought.
