When i went down into the amazon to reprogram my brain from the trauma it had to sit thru... i really did see my body & soul as the land.. dented... excavated... dug out hide aways in different compartments of my body. After all, we are only made of clay... and all of us know, clay is easily molded. I met Veruschka Normandeau as soon as i arrived back on the big island of Hawaii. I was still bleeding from a rape of a friend & i was pretty much frayed wire... a live wire, thankfully. Veruschka sat me down & watched me cry, with jaguar eyes & a strangers hand, Ive never held. Shes not a stranger i learned. and then we tapped. It saved my life. I remember wanting to jump into the volcano to burn all of this off... but then this. It may look & feel ridiculous... but try it out.. AND WATCH UR BODY... look inside with those jaguar eyes of urs... past the childish joke.. to reclaim what was taken when you were a child. and most of us are still children... with big people boots. dont forget you are still a child. #tapitout
