When is the best age to introduce solids? It is such a controversial topic. Most pediatricians will allow parents to start as early as 4 mths. Did you know feeding an infant solid foods before 6 months may increase the risk of choking, food allergies, gastric discomfort, and becoming overweight or obese later in life?
