When it come s to Biomechanics I always ask for feedback from my clients as the days pass. I do this to make sure they are doing their homework and that things are moving in the right direction. If not then Im here to help. Its not like when you go and see your GP, get prescribed with something and then sent on your way, leaving you to your own devices. If you come to me for help then we work together to achieve whatever it is that you want to achieve.... Im really good. Homework is being done religiously and making a difference. Had no lower back pain at all, even this week when its the time of the month which is unheard of. Knee is also better with the odd twinge but thats it. The only thing that aches is my arms from Metafit on Monday, but thats good pain! A Biomechanics Assessment lasts 60-90 minutes and costs £55 for the session. Or alternatively combine a Biomechanics Assessment with a 60 minute Sports Massage treatment for £90 (Sports Massage help to speed up the process).
