When it comes to fitness there is no magic pill. Supplementation should be used only to supplement nutrition deficiencies. Know your body and consult your doctor. I use Herbalife supplements and shakes because 1) Im often on a time crunch and dont have time to prepare the best balanced meals so my shakes and protein bars are a quick go-to . 2) Also to help keep my calories low and protein high (specific to my fitness goals), 3) Energy preference over coffee. Everything in moderation and know where you need to adjust dosage. Anything can be bad for you if used improperly.
