When it comes to #networkmarketing you will constantly hear, people join people, not a company. Which I believe is partially true. Ive had people from just about every direct sales business out there approach me and try to recruit me. Recently I had a couple different people send me their pitch, without mentioning what company they are involved with. So of course I ask them and Ive gotten some responses like, its not really the company that matters, its my vision. Ok, I understand that as well but at this point if you dont tell me what company you are with im done listening. You have to have a passion for the products you sell. For example....I RARELY ever wear jewelry. Almost never actually, so why would I want to join a direct sales jewelry biz? I wouldnt. Im not passionate about it at all and wouldnt want to try to push products I dont even use. So although people do join people, not companies, at some point you are going to have to tell your prospects/leads what company/products you are with/use. When I dont get that information im done listening. #mlmtips
