When josh was diagnosed we had no potential treatments or trials in the horizon the word hope seemed so far from reality , for the first time in years I really am feeling hope that we can get Joshua on a potential trial , we know will never cure Joshua but potentially increase his life expectancy , we have to prey and hope josh doesnt fall out of the criteria while we wait for these trials to be approved , xx
