When my 5am alarm went off this morning for my workout I thought of 100 hundred reasons why I couldnt make it happen - I was too tired, I have sooooo much to do right now, etc...I really didnt want to do it....then I decided to say THANK YOU for my HEALTH and the ABILITY to get out of bed and workout. I put my feet down, got out of bed and made it happen. Was it my best workout? NO. Was I tired? YES. Am I 100% happy I did it? YES. Working out is a privilege.
