When my family moved to DeSoto in the mid 60s I didnt know what was gonna to happened. Found out without fences separating yards and with permission of the homeowners one could run up and down the block and scare the heck out of trick or treaters. I got group of female classmates who are on facebook about 3 times by jumping out at them. I heard one of them said theyll get me at the next house so I just went on past that one and got them on the last house. Mom had stero speakers put out on the front poarch playing haunted music and instead of noodle soup, she put spagahitii with sauce in a pan and told the little devls that they could get their treat only if they put their hand in the pan and feel for it. When asked she told them it was ground up inners of their teachers. Mom always came up with something.
